IT & Support Professional — New York, NY
I'm an IT and support professional. I support and secure the systems an organization runs on, and I build the tools that make the work run better — but what I lead with is people. The technical range is teachable; the ability to read a room, stay composed under pressure, and make technical things make sense to anyone is the part I'm best at.
I hold a B.A. in Computer Science from Hunter College, CUNY, and CompTIA A+, earned February 2026, with Security+ and additional infrastructure certifications in progress.
I'm looking to join a team in an IT, systems, or analyst role — at a law firm, a financial institution, or a tech company — where supporting people well and building the tools that make the work easier both matter. I also take on select freelance engagements: websites, copy, SEO, and positioning for independent professionals and small businesses.
I'm good with people, and it isn't luck. I grew up working customer-facing on New York's sidewalks from a young age — about as demanding a service environment as exists. It taught me to read people quickly, stay composed under pressure, and make technical things make sense to anyone.

Operate Andover Continuum PACS and EasyLobby access control systems at one of New York City's premier public universities, supporting 200+ visitors daily in a high-traffic, high-accountability environment. Exercise real-time judgment on access and security situations, catching sensitive matters standard procedure can overlook, and handling them with discretion and appropriate escalation.
Independently commissioned by the Visitors Center Coordinator to design and build the department's first digital training platform: a full-stack web application, rebuilt as a secure offline desktop application in Tauri, Rust, and encrypted SQLite. Presented to and approved by the College's VP of Administration; now in review with the Chief IT Officer for institutional rollout.

Age 4 — 18
Worked customer-facing alongside family on New York City's sidewalks from a young age. Over the following years I developed composure under pressure, real-time objection handling, and the ability to build rapport with every kind of person — bilingual in English and Spanish from the start.
